As a Foreign Service Officer for USAID, I researched and designed  projects that addressed inequities affecting exploited communities through a systems lens.

Being the Amplify Program Director for IDEO.org steeped me in the world of social innovation and human-centered design, where we supported organizations develop solutions in close partnership with communities.

 

As the Conscious Tech Senior Lead at Camelback Ventures, I focused my attentions on how best to invest in and support BIPOC, women and non-binary social entrepreneurs build sustainable, impactful ventures that create meaningful change.

 

I would like to share my experience from all of these worlds with organizations that (like me) want to channel power and promote the long-term wellbeing of exploited, overlooked and undervalued communities.
